Remember the past with gratitude. Live the present with enthusiasm. Look forward to the future with confidence.

(re)Introducing the Foundation

We are excited to (re)Introduce Montanans to the Foundation for the Diocese of Helena. The Foundation was created in 1978 and through the years you’ve witnessed different names and different logos, but our focus has been the same: preserving our Faith for the future.

Our new logo puts Christ in the Eucharist at the center of everything we do.

The Foundation doesn’t just raise money, we offer a ministry that supports and builds our local parishes and missions. But we don’t do this alone; this is a joint ministry between you and the Foundation. Your gifts, your ideas, your dreams are what makes the Foundation and its works a reality. Together we are perpetuating our beautiful faith so that future generations believe.

Monthly Giving

Giving to your favorite parish or Catholic ministry is a beautiful gift, but it’s also an opportunity to show our gratitude to the Lord. Gifts of every size matter and the Foundation is here to help you decide how you want to give.

Endowments

Gifts to the Foundation for the Diocese of Helena, Inc. are placed in an endowment fund chosen by the donor. These funds will perpetually serve the Catholic Church in the Diocese of Helena and its mission through the years to come so your children and grandchildren will have the opportunity to walk with Christ as you have in your lifetime.

Responsible Investing

With more than $38 million in assets, the Foundation for the Diocese of Helena takes our responsibility to wisely invest and shepherd the gifts given for the benefit of our parishes, missions, and ministries very seriously by investing only in securities that are in line with Catholic teachings.

Giving & Tax Savings

Imagine if you gave a gift, and nearly half was returned to you via tax credits. Would it change the way you give? Montana is a unique state, committed to giving back to its nonprofits through the Montana Endowment Tax Credit.
